What to Include in Your Support Request
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- The product or app you are using (e.g., Talent Agent, Memory Agent, LivingRelay)
- A clear description of the issue or question
- Steps to reproduce the problem, if applicable
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if helpful
- Your account email address
- The device and operating system you are using (e.g., iPhone iOS 18, Windows 11, macOS Sequoia)
- The app version, if visible in your settings
Product-Specific Support
Talent Agent
For issues related to talent search, candidate profiles, integrations, or automated workflows, email us with "Talent Agent" in the subject line. Include your organization name and the specific workflow or feature affected.
Memory Agent
For issues with notes, knowledge retrieval, AI responses, or syncing, email us with "Memory Agent" in the subject line. Let us know whether you are on the mobile app or web version.
LivingRelay
For issues related to listings, connections, notifications, or account access, email us with "LivingRelay" in the subject line. Include the specific listing or feature you were interacting with if relevant.
Other Products
For any other Stacksort product or service, email us and include the product name in your subject line.
SMS and Messaging Support
If you are receiving unwanted SMS messages from a Stacksort service:
- Reply STOP to opt out of all future messages from that number.
- Reply HELP to receive support contact information.
- Email us at admin@stacksortenterprises.com and we will investigate immediately.
Account and Billing
For account access issues (lost password, email change, account deletion) or billing questions (charges, subscription management, refund requests), email us with "Account" or "Billing" in the subject line.
Data and Privacy Requests
